Amper of Capstone Properties sells 18,400 s/f building for $750,000

Warwick, RI Neil Amper, SIOR, vice president of Capstone Properties has sold a 18,400 s/f building located at 101 Hallene Rd. The facility is a trucking terminal  on 2.5 acres and in close proximately to the airport. 

The buyer is Persistence Realty who will utilize the building for its limousine operation. The transaction involved the negotiation of a lease termination with the tenant and dealing with local government requirements. 

Capstone represented the seller of the property, Marley Realty. The sale price was $750,000 plus the buyout by the tenant.
