Amper and Widmann of Rodman R.E. sell 36,000 s/f ind'l. - $500,000
Neil Amper, SIOR vice president and David Widmann of Rodman Real Estate Inc. have sold a 36,000 s/f industrial building located at 15 Oak St. to MMW Inc. MMW is relocating their operation from Seekonk, Mass. and this is an expansion of their business.
The company repairs machine tools and has been in business for over 15 years.
The facility was owned by Parkinson Technologies, an OEM manufacturer located in Woonsocket.
The sale price was $500,000.
