Amper and Long of Capstone sell 7,848 s/f at 1488 Mineral Spring Avenue
Neil Amper, SIOR and Jane Long of Capstone have sold the 7,848 s/f Julio's Restaurant located at 1488 Mineral Spring Ave., to Jacky's Galaxie Restaurant. Jacky's has three other restaurants in Rhode Island and is moving the current location to this larger facility. The asking price was $850,000.
