Amper and Greenman of Capstone Properties sell 10 units for Johnson & Wales University
Providence, RI Neil Amper, SIOR, vice president and Chris Greenman, senior vice president/co-founder/ principal broker of Capstone Properties have sold two 5-unit apartment buildings located at 90-100 Washington Ave. The real estate had become surplus to Johnson & Wales University's needs.
The buyers were D and D Realty a local investment firm. The asking price $1.2 million.
