West Warwick, RI Neil Amper, SIOR and Chris Greenman of Capstone Properties have facilitated a $3.1 million sales transaction of a 66,016 s/f industrial building located at 1 Energy Way.
The building was owned by Dryvit Inc. a division of Tremco CPG, a construction supply company.
The building is a mixture of warehouse, manufacturing, R&D and office spaces.
The property generated multiple offers and traded at $350,000 above the asking price.
The purchaser was Sansin Corp., a manufacturer of stains from Canada.
Amper and Greenman represented the seller and procured the buyer.
