Amato and Micallef of Olympus Group Real Estate lease 6,500 s/f
C.A.T. Transport Company has relocated to 6,500 s/f in the "Phillipsdale Landing Center" at 310 Bourne Ave.
The company, long established in Rhode Island, focuses on automotive storage and specialized transport services.
C.A.T. Transport joins an expanding mix of office, sales/service, industrial, and sports venue uses as the complex undergoes aggressive redevelopment.
Richard Amato and Gregory Micallef, broker principals of Olympus Group Real Estate, and exclusive agents for Phillipsdale Landing, were the brokers of record in the transaction.
