Amadei of R. W. Holmes Realty leases 10,200 s/f at 8 Erie Dr., Natick
R.W. Holmes Realty Co., Inc. has brokered the 10,200 s/f lease to Boston Heart Lab at 8 Erie Dr., a 20,400 s/f R&D, flex building.
Boston Heart Lab is a healthcare company that provides cardiovascular disease management. In the U.S. market, only Boston Heart Lab offers the direct measurement of lipoprotein particle profiles. Boston Heart Lab monitors the short and long term impact and effectiveness of therapies used in CHD-risk reduction on an individual basis.
Arthur Amadei of R.W. Holmes Realty Co., Inc. represented the landlord, 8 Erie Drive Realty Trust, while Jim Gordon of Gordon Real Estate represented the tenant.
