Alves of KW Elite Commercial Realty brokers $1.55 million sale
Pawtucket, RI
Pawtucket, RI Michael Alves of KW Elite Commercial Realty has consulted a $1.55 million sale with buyer, Anthony Gemma and seller, Kismet Inc. The property at 621 Main St./131 Harrison St. consists of five buildings with 30 units, a laundromat and one retail space.
The owner is retiring his properties. It is also in the New Opportunity Zone, and is one of the first to close.
KW Commercial is the commercial real estate arm of Keller Williams Realty with over 1,970 real estate agents, operating in more than 700 offices across the United States and Canada. They currently have 75 brokers in the New England Region and are looking to expand.
