Alves of KW Commercial and Clark of William Raveis co-broker $1.425 million sale to Oasis LLC

Warren, RI Michael Alves of KW Commercial and Brian Clark of William Raveis co-brokered the sale of 15 Cutler St. and 66 Joyce St. for $1.425 million.
In a 1031 Exchange purchase, the sale allowed the buyer to get the maximum value for their purchase. The properties consist of 31 units.
The sellers are Blue Dot Properties LLC and Mammoth Holdings LLC. The buyer is Oasis LLC, a real estate investor.
