Alves of Keller Williams Commercial completes $2.015 million sale of three buildings

North Providence, RI Michael Alves of Keller Williams Commercial has brokered a $2.015 million sale for three buildings totaling 37 units to a California buyer.
The seller was RI-R Sturbridge, LLC and Allendale Crossings, LLC. The buyer was Hannah & Chelo, LLC.
In another transaction, Arnie Baskin of Keller Williams leased 30,000 s/f at 2227-2229 Plainfield Pike in Johnston to Superior Energy.
