Alves of Keller Williams brokers two sales - $1.49 million

Woonsocket, RI Michael Alves of Keller Williams Commercial brokered the sale of a 27-unit complex for $715,000. The complex consists of five buildings located at 95 Rathum/East School St. with an extra lot.
In another transaction, Alves brokered the sale of a 12-unit townhouse development for $775,000 in North Providence. The listing agent was Jason Braun.
