Alves of Elite Group at KW Commercial sells 442 Central Ave. for $645,000
Pawtucket, RI Michael Alves of the Elite Group at KW Commercial sold 442 Central Ave. for $645,000.
The Elite Group acted on behalf of the seller, Northeast Revest LLC and the buyer, Emontrose Holdings LLC.
The 5,622 s/f three-story property, which sold for $71,600 per unit at an 8.8% CAP, contains eight 1-bedroom apartment units each with a bathroom, and one retail salon and an income producing garage unit.
The buyer used a 1031 exchange for the sale.
