Alves of Elite Commercial Realty sells 8,000 s/f mixed-use for $1.1 million
Johnston, RI Mike Alves of Elite Commercial Realty represented the landlord 190 Putnam LLC in the $1.1 million sale of an 8,000 s/f mixed-use building at 190 Putnam Pike. Robert Fox represented the buyers Oganes Tagesian and Hnazant Tagesian. The buyers acquired the property utilizing the proceeds of a 1031 tax deferred exchange.
