Alves and Lowe of Elite Grp. of KW Comm’l. broker two transactions
Providence, RI Michael Alves and Christopher Lowe of the Elite Group at KW Commercial have completed the sale of 1 Glasgow St. a fully tenanted 6-unit multifamily investment property for $600,000 on behalf of KBK LLC to out-of-state investors. Elite Group acted on behalf of both the buyers and sellers.
Alves and Lowe have also completed the sale of 270 Great Island Rd., Narragansett, a 12,298 s/f partially occupied leasehold industrial property for $550,000 on behalf of Ocean State Leasing, LLC to Benthic Fishing Corp. The new owners intend to upgrade the facility for their own commercial fishing business. Elite Group acted on behalf of both the buyers and sellers.
