Alliance Building Services wins contract at 400 Atlantic St., Stamford

First Quality Maintenance and Classic Security, divisions of Alliance Building Services recently received exclusive contracts to provide cleaning and security services at 400 Atlantic St. The 500,000 s/f Class A commercial office building located in the hub of downtown Stamford is owned by The Landis Group. Amenities of the building include access to I-95, Metro North and Amtrak Railroad stations, as well as the upscale Town Center Mall; new cafeteria and fitness center; lobby with concierge and security system as well as an eight level parking garage. Leasing primarily to large tenants, such notable occupants of 400 Atlantic include International Paper, American Express, UBS, Abbey National, and Wiggin & Dana.
