Albert Realtors brokers two sales totaling $520,000; 4,900 s/f in Cranston and 3,200 s/f in Providence

Cranston, RI Albert Realtors commercial division completed the $330,000 sale of 4,900 s/f located at 1850 Cranston St. to MAB Enterprise LLC. The use of the building will be for kitchen and bath sales and storage. 

The listing agent was Albert Scaralia of Albert Realtors. The selling agent was Deborah Mathers.

In another transaction, Albert Realtors commercial division sold a 3,200 s/f industrial building located at 103-105 Carpenter St. in Providence for $109,000 to Caprio Realty. Scaralia represented the seller, West Friendship Street Realty Corp.
