Aho Properties handle 2,898 s/f office lease to Tech. Point Props. LLC
Acton, MA Joel Aho, president of Aho Properties represented the landlord, Technology Point Properties LLC, in leasing 2,898 s/f of office space at 40 Nagog Park to Concord River Financial. Aho previously represented the landlord in purchasing 40 Nagog for $1.537 million in 2017 as well as 42 Nagog for $1.6 million in 2011.
