Aho Properties and SVN/Parsons negotiate $1.65m multi-tenant building sale
Southboro MA Joel Aho, president of Aho Properties, LLC represented the buyer in the purchase of a 7,778 s/f multi-tenant retail/office building for $1.65 million. The property, located at 3-11 Turnpike Rd., is on 0.83 acres.
The seller was represented by Garrett Quinn and Marilyn Santiago of SVN/Parsons.
