Aho of O’Brien Commercial Properties, Inc. handles two sales totaling $3.943 million

Burlington MA Joel Aho of O’Brien Commercial Properties, Inc. represented Ovitas, Inc. in the purchase of the property at 155 Middlesex Tpke. for $2.2 million. The 13,106 s/f building was constructed in 1968 and renovated in 2001. Ovitas was leasing space in the town at the time of the purchase and plans to occupy part of the building. Aho also co-listed the property with Bret O’Brien of Great Boston Real Estate.

O’Brien Commercial also represented TMX Property, LLC in the sale of the property at 72 Cedar Hill St. in Marlboro for $1.743 million. The property sold as two separate condos of 15,000 s/f for $1.3 million and 5,000 s/f for $443,650 to the same entity. Aho represented the seller and procured the buyer CMJ Realty Trust LLC directly. The buyer will occupy part of the property with his company DocuServe, and there were also two existing tenants at the time of sale. 

72 Cedar Hill Street - Marlboro, MA

TMX Property sold the property as part of a 1031 exchange while also buying a property at 70 Bearfoot Rd. in Northboro, Mass. for $4.899 million. Aho also represented TMX in the purchase of that property. 

O’Brien Commercial has sold 72 Cedar Hill St. as buyer and/or sellers broker five consecutive times over the past 20 years.
