Aho of O'Brien Comm'l. Props. reps. Recall Total Info. in 27,533 s/f lease

Joel Aho of O'Brien Commercial Properties recently represented Recall Total Information Management, Inc. in leasing 27,533 s/f of warehouse space at 360 Cedar Hill St. In addition Aho recently represented the ownership and procured the buyer in a 14,199 s/f building sale in Devens, for $650,000. The new ownership plans to renovate the current flex building and reintroduce it to the market with space for lease. "In light of the difficult environment for financing vacant investment properties, we are proud to point to this deal as an example of our creative approach to finding the right players to close deals in the current market," said Aho. The property consists of 4,000 s/f of warehouse space, 4,000 s/f of office space and the balance being fully air conditioned flex area.
