Joel Aho of O'Brien Commercial Properties recently represented Recall Total Information Management, Inc. in leasing 27,533 s/f of warehouse space at 360 Cedar Hill St.
In addition Aho recently represented the ownership and procured the buyer in a 14,199 s/f building sale in Devens, for $650,000. The new ownership plans to renovate the current flex building and reintroduce it to the market with space for lease.

The property consists of 4,000 s/f of warehouse space, 4,000 s/f of office space and the balance being fully air conditioned flex area.
