Joel Aho of O'Brien Commercial Properties recently represented Recall Total Information Management, Inc. in leasing 27,533 s/f of warehouse space at 360 Cedar Hill St.
In addition Aho recently represented the ownership and procured the buyer in a 14,199 s/f building sale in Devens, for $650,000. The new ownership plans to renovate the current flex building and reintroduce it to the market with space for lease.
