Joel Aho of O'Brien Commercial Properties recently leased 25,000 s/f of flex space to Walmart at 289 Elm St.
Aho represented both the tenant and landlord. Walmart will be using this site as their storage location for their expansion needs at their store in Hudson.
Aho also recently leased 2,400 s/f of flex space to Nivra GD Services, LLC at 19 Bonazzoli Ave. in Hudson, Mass. Aho represented both the tenant and landlord.
Also Bret O'Brien of O'Brien Commercial recently leased 25,805 s/f of warehouse space to Diamond Diagnostics in Holliston, Mass. O'Brien represented the landlord Bond Street, LLC and procured the tenant. 74 Lowland Street is a steel warehouse manufacturing building with ceiling heights that range from 19'-27'. Diamond Diagnostics will use the building as an off site storage facility for its headquarters which is located nearby at 333 Fiske St.
