Aho and Curley of O'Brien Commercial Properties, Inc. handle $1.35 million sale
Joel Aho and David Curley of O'Brien Commercial Properties, Inc. represented the ownership, Chase-Walton Realty, LLC, in the sale of 19 Brent Dr. to Borg Brothers, LLC.
The property consists of a two story industrial building of around 58,000 s/f that is located on 15.77 acres of land. The sale price was $1.35 million.
Borg Design will occupy the building. They are a Hudson based company offering machining and engineering consulting services.
