AGC hosts: Why owners are choosing design/build for their projects April 24th

Design/build has been a method of designing and building facilities for over 4,000 years, but here in New England it has always been number three in the selection process by owners who procure design and construction services. Design/bid/build and construction management have topped the list of procurement services for building projects. Now, we are beginning to see more of the design/build process being used. On April 24 from 8 - 10:30 a.m. at the Hyatt Regency Boston, AGC of Massachusetts will host a panel of owners discussing why they chose design/build, what the benefits and the downsides are and how the industry can better serve these clients. For more information on this program, please visit the AGC website. AGC of Massachusetts is a professional construction association representing the majority of firms providing building construction services for commercial and institutional clients in the Commonwealth. The association offers valuable management education and safety training programs, on-going regulatory updates, legislative initiatives, construction industry trends and information through its publications and meeting agendas. Information on all our initiatives and programs may be found on our website at www.agcmass.org
