Advisors Living sells all 111 luxury units
at Stratus Residences

Brighton, MA Advisors Living, the residential real estate sales platform associated with Boston Realty Advisors, has sold all 111 luxury living units in Stratus Residences, on the 12-acre campus.

Near the universities and health institutions of the city and with access to the MBTA’s Green Line, Stratus Residences - featuring studios to three-bedroom units - sold from $499,000 to $1.75 million. The final unit has closed.

The average price per s/f for the new homes was more than $1,030, with aggregate sales of about $80 million. Sales of Stratus Residences, a creation of Cabot, Cabot & Forbes and Tremont Asset Management, LLC, began in aummer 2021.

Stratus attracted first-time home buyers, young professionals, empty nesters and investors. The residences have easy access to public transportation, shopping and nearby educational institutions, as well as St. Elizabeth’s Medical Center and other hospitals.

Stratus Residences are one of the first living opportunities in the city in a taller building, with views and featuring such a large range of amenities.

Residents have access to all the amenities located within adjacent Maker Hall at The Overlook and to the outdoor pool. In addition, Stratus features concierge services, a club room, a 6th floor roof terrace with bocce court and sunset western exposure, a 3rd floor outdoor courtyard with grills and a firepit, a library lounge, access to two fitness centers, sauna, pet wash station, and complimentary bike storage.

Stratus Residences units range from 500 to 1,590 s/f and have designer finishes throughout. Bathrooms at Stratus Residences feature Kohler fixtures, Silestone quartz countertops and frameless tiled showers in the bathrooms.

Kitchens are appointed with entertainment islands, Bosch stove refrigerators, dishwasher and microwaves, quartz counter-tops and finished wood cabinets. In addition, units have full-size washer-dryers, walk-in closets, white oak floors and balconies and terraces. Stratus residents have unit laundry facilities, with additional access to a common laundry room with commercial-grade machines.

Three-bedroom homes have Sub-Zero and Wolf appliances, direct vents for cooking, elegant kitchen tiling, southern and eastern exposures, and commanding views from the higher floors. Outdoor parking spaces are available, along with assigned garage parking and accommodations for electric vehicles. A Blue Bike Station and Zip Car, and dog park are adjacently located at The Outlook.

“We were excited to be part of team on the sellout of this dynamic new development community that offered a little something for everyone,” said Janice Dumont, CEO of Advisors Living New Development. “From start to finish the building sellout took 23 months, selling between four and five units a month on average, which is a great pace.”
