Acella Construction completes 2,317 s/f Geico Insurance field office

North Chelmsford, MA Acella Construction Corp. has completed the Geico Insurance field office at 23 Drum Hill Rd.

The project, which was completed within an eight-week schedule, required demolition and renovation of a former D’Angelo’s restaurant. The new 2,317 s/f Geico Insurance field office is now open to meet the demand for insurance needs in the Middlesex County area and to support Geico’s insurance offerings.

The facility includes private offices, an open floor plan for customer service representatives, a data room, renovated restrooms and new mechanical, electrical, and plumbing throughout. The new Geico office also features LED lighting, luxury vinyl tile, carpeting and custom millwork.

The Acella team, working with architect of record Design Resource Team, LLC, met the challenge of completing the project within a tight schedule to accommodate the office’s grand opening.

“It is with great satisfaction that we announce the Geico office in North Chelmsford,” said Ryan LaVangie, vice president of sales & marketing for Acella Construction. “In a relatively short span of time we were able to meet all the client’s needs with the final outcome being a functional and aesthetically pleasing office.”
