ABACUS Asset Management to provide services for 45,000 s/f building

ABACUS Asset Management, a leading provider of comprehensive commercial real estate asset management services for owners of small to mid-sized properties throughout New England, has been hired to provide a variety of services for 1550 Soldiers Field Rd. Located along the Charles River, 1550 Soldiers Field Rd. is a 2-story, 44,800 s/f office building owned by New Realty Trust. The agreement with the building's former single tenant recently expired, and Colliers International has been tapped by ownership to market the property for lease. 1550 Soldiers Field Rd. is located two miles from both exits 17 and 18 off the Mass. Pike, providing access to Downtown, Cambridge and the inner suburbs. The building, which was extensively renovated in 2000, also provides access to Downtown and Rte. 128. The building features both visitor and employee dining areas, ample conference rooms and a large amphitheater meeting area. Situated on more than an acre of land, 1550 Soldiers Field Rd. has150 parking spaces equaling 3.35 spaces per rentable s/f. ABACUS Asset Management will provide facilities, property and asset management services for the building.
