A. The NEREJ has been my biggest supporter and has helped my career grow for over 25 years from when I first started commercial real estate brokerage in southern New Hampshire through the present. The NEREJ has printed 100s of press releases on lease transactions and for the past six years has invited me to write the New Hampshire Retail Spotlight article sharing my views of how the retail market has been doing and forecasting where I think it was headed.

Long-term interest rates have fallen by 100 basis points, and the market is normalizing. In December of 2022 I wrote an article about investing in a high interest rate, high inflation market. Since then, inflation has cooled off, and the Fed has begun lowering their funds rate.
