What has been the driving force behind your success in the AEC industry? From the outset of my career in the AEC industry, I’ve been fueled by the recognition and support of my colleagues and superiors. Their acknowledgment of my hard work and problem-solving skills has boosted my confidence and served as a catalyst for my professional growth. This recognition has driven me to discover my ‘why’– to find my purpose and the ideal position within the company where I can truly excel and make a difference.

Who or what inspired you to join the AEC industry? The person who inspired me to join the AEC industry is Kevin Puopolo. In 2016, I was introduced to Kevin while working part-time as a waitress. His ability to light up a room was undeniable. People spoke so highly of Kevin and his employees that I needed to understand why. It came down to the culture he had created. The collaboration within his company was what inspired me the most. I have always wanted to work in an industry where ideas and creativity are valued and accepted. CM&B is just that.
