What was your greatest professional achievement or most notable project in the last 12 months? I attribute the success of my 24-year career to my network. This network is a combination of leaders, peers, life-long mentors, and friends. I feel humbled that I am able to surround myself with incredible humans who challenge me every day. They continue to teach me that leading with dignity, compassion, and respect are the keys necessary for success.

What has been the driving force behind your success in the AEC industry? In 2023, I was the recipient of CoreNet New England’s Service Provider of the Year Award. To be selected and honored by this group is one of my greatest professional achievements. As a woman of color, winning the CoreNet award is a reminder that the American success story is achievable by anyone regardless of gender or race and that surrounding myself with mentors who challenged me and helped me rise has impacted every part of my personal and professional career.
