What person, project, transaction or market trend had the greatest impact on your industry this year?

I think 2022 will be remembered as the year we began to understand that human-centric design with a dose of proximity and social connectivity is the recipe for truly innovative and meaningful work. In effect, we switched from being reactive to being proactive when thinking about the future of work. This is exciting for us because one of the most important tools in making this a reality is our real estate ecosystem: our offices, buildings, and urban cores. In 2023, how will we reimagine and transform these assets into magnets, rather than mandates?
