2022 Year in Review: Dimitra Murphyt, Douglas Elliman Real Estate

How has your career path changed in 2022?

In this past year, I joined a new real estate team, the Brody Chandler team at Douglas Elliman, based out of Boston, Nantucket and Wellesley. I made the move because I see my career focusing on the luxury market in real estate. The firm is full service, able to support the needs of my clients. As for the restaurant and commercial property, Daddy Jones, we are revamping our menu, specializing foods for sharing. We are optimistic because the Green Line has opened near the restaurant, and we see that as a way to increase traffic.
