2022 Year in Review: Alex Freeman, Manzo Freeman Development

What was your most important professional accomplishment or most notable project, deal, or transaction in 2022?
Youth Development Organization (YDO) recently signed a 23,280 s/f, 10-year lease at our mill property, The Landing at Everett Mills in Lawrence, Mass. This expansion allows YDO to broaden its after-school program which prepares approximately 85 students annually for the country’s top colleges and universities. The Cummings Foundation and the Smith Family Foundation have recently awarded prestigious grants to YDO. We have also signed Elevated Thought (ET) for a 16,313 s/f, 20-year lease. ET empowers diverse young people through the arts. We are excited and honored to partner with YDO and ET as long-term members of our Landing community.
