“Angela is a very motivated individual who embraces her strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities to move projects forward for her clients. She consistently goes above and beyond in supporting project teams, both internally and externally. This, along with her thirst for knowledge and improvement, has been key in her ability to establish and grow strong relationships through ULI, NAIOP, BISNOW, WWIRE, and non-profit industry organizations.” - Zachary Richards, Senior Project Manager at Bohler.

In the last 12 months what accomplishment are you most proud of? I’m most proud of my work with the MBTA Communities and my role in obtaining the permits for the first multi-family project in the state under the new MBTA zoning bylaw. Despite numerous site challenges and constraints, we were able to permit 160 units. This project signifies a milestone in the implementation and success of the new zoning regulations.

Outside of your career, where else do you seek continuous learning and personal growth? Outside of my civil engineering career, I pursue continuous learning and personal growth through fitness. After joining a local gym in Boston, I was inspired to become an instructor. Earning certifications in spin and barre, I now teach classes alongside my engineering career. This endeavor has not only provided me with a supportive community in my neighborhood but has also pushed me outside my comfort zone, while allowing me to help champion the personal growth of others.
