How has CREW Boston/CREW Network helped your professional development? CREW has helped my professional network since I joined a few years ago. I did not know any women in the industry, and CREW Boston provided a supportive and accomplished network to kickstart my career in commercial real estate. Since that time, I have met many women who I consider my role models and industry partners. It is striking, how many women continue to work together - even if they connected through CREW many years ago.
