SR Commercial

3 skills that you use every day in your position: Being Responsive to clients.

Best book, podcast, or app for aspiring leaders: There are so many good ones. The day you stop learning, you start dying. I like David Goggins, Tony Robbins, Jordan Peterson.

Best advice for new leaders in 10 words or less: Don’t solve the problem for them, help them come to the conclusions.

What recent project, transaction or accomplishment are you most proud of? The property that was most recently published in NEREJ 350 Memorial Ave., West Springfield, Mass.

What was one of your biggest challenges as a leader and how did you overcome it? Making the sacrifices that it takes to start-up a company and have it grow, but I had the vision that it would work and that I would accomplish it. Vision and mindset is the key.

What makes this nominee an Industry Leader? “Jeremy Casey stands as an industry titan in commercial real estate. Launching his brokerage 6 years ago, it now reigns as Western Massachusetts’ largest. His team of 10 agents and 2 admin staff, all nurtured in-house, has brokered 500+ transactions, surpassing $30 million. A coach for agents nationwide, Casey’s influence extends beyond transactions. Personally invested in revitalization, he owns multiple commercial properties, leveraging Community Development grants to enhance neglected spaces, exemplifying his commitment to leave a lasting, positive mark.” - Michelle Chase, COO at SR Commercial.
