What advice would you offer to women getting into the CRE industry?

The CRE industry offers extraordinary opportunities for women. It’s a relationship oriented industry. CREW is an excellent platform to network which can help you source deals, learn about other areas of the business and hear about new employment opportunities. Stay open and curious to new ideas and try new things. The women of CREW Boston are always willing to share their wealth of experience and knowledge. From them I learn how to handle challenges, observe a variety of leadership styles and gain confidence in my knowledge and skills.
