What advice would you offer to women getting into the CRE industry?

Say yes. Lean in. Don’t stay in your lane—if you are in finance, learn about design and construction. If you are in design, learn about finance. Expose yourself to different aspects of the industry. It takes a strong network, working across multiple industries, to solve complex challenges, so build a diverse network—in development, banking, legal, design, brokerage, engineering, and construction. One of the greatest things about CREW—it’s rich with members from all parts of the commercial real estate industry and makes building a network easy.
