How has your involvement in CREW Boston impacted your career? The 2018 CREW Women’s Leadership Academy was a transformative experience for me. While the course material itself was engaging and valuable, it was the cohort of high-performing professionals from across the industry that made the experience so powerful. Through months of evolving conversations and “ah-ha” moments with these incredible women, I developed a deeper sense of my strengths and a deeper appreciation for others. The experience led me to rethink my priorities and reconsider my path, ultimately leading to a new job. The decision to change was difficult, but my CREW cheered me through it. Now, those big, audacious goals are in sight.
