What was your greatest professional accomplishment in 2019?
Being appointed to Newton’s urban design commission. This seven member commission advises the city council on proposed development projects.

What was your most notable project, deal or transaction in 2019?
My most challenging project has been assisting a Kenya, real estate entrepreneur. The Nairobi start-up has devised an innovative construction technique to transform local impoverished settlements into clean, safe, and sustainable housing for sums affordable by locals. Currently the company is aiming to grow and is developing marketing and sales strategies to publicize their product and augment sales of their technology to local and regional developers.

What are your predictions for commercial real estate in 2020?
I believe the bubble will start to burst and meeting leasing goals for projects will become increasingly more difficult.
