What recent project or transaction are you most proud of? Certainly there is great satisfaction in structuring through to completion the multi-asset, multi-million dollar property exchanges, or mapping out the complexities of a client’s reverse and/or build-to-suit structure to meet their investment objectives. It is always a great compliment to be brought in as part of a client’s strategic planning team. However what I am most proud of is the multitude of repeat business from brokers, attorneys, CPAs and investors – a true compliment they trust my 1031 expertise, guidance and services, which comes from being able to deal with complexities, educate, support and effectively communicate with all involved.
