Who or what has been the strongest influence on your career and why? A notable influence on my career has come from the CCIM courses that I began pursuing my first year in the business, which provided the foundational building blocks necessary to learn the industry. The education provided tools and concepts that could be directly applied to transactions. This resulted in providing a higher level of service to the client, which are among the values that were emphasized by the strongest influencer’s on my career: Debra Stevens, CCIM and Mark Stevens, SIOR. They instilled a belief of approaching each interaction with integrity, professionalism, competency and collaboration, which is something I strive for daily and has helped to form lasting business relationships.
