What recent project or transaction are you most proud of? I am very proud of the recent project completion for a Cambridge based bioscience company. The project was initially a standard lab/office move into existing 40,000 s/f space. However, the client determined that some of the existing laboratory layouts did not work for their science and decided to renovate and create two new labs in addition to renovating the office side and purchasing all new furniture. As their project manager, being able to exercise agility, provide valuable vendor contacts and continue to help them manage the process and meet their deadlines was extremely rewarding.
