How have you navigated obstacles to achieve success in your career: To achieve success, we must navigate through obstacles. By recognizing these obstacles, we can remove them from our path. Accountability and responsibility go hand in hand. Set your goals, and make them realistic to achieve. Positive self-talk is a must! Replace negative thoughts with a “can-do” and “will-do” attitude. Review and recognize your own achievements; these reminders help connect with confidence, and we keep moving forward! Work we must put in the time and effort, “plan the work, and work the plan.”

How do you play your strengths to your advantage in your career: Communication go hand-in-hand in property management, especially when developing employees. I really enjoy seeing my employees succeed in their careers. It speaks volumes on their ability to grow professionally and, it is a reflection of my own skills and commitment to our company. Being committed to a company speaks for itself. I am very strong willed and will persevere to get any task done. With my attention to detail, I will only submit exemplary work.
