Yuskowski of A.W. Perry negotiates 2,400 s/f lease at South Shore Park

Phase One Medical, a medical device research and development company, recently signed a 2,400 s/f lease for premises at A.W. Perry's 35 Pond Park Rd. in South Shore Park. June Yuskowski vice president and property manager negotiated the lease on behalf of A.W. Perry. Phase One was represented by Jim McEvoy of The Conrad Group. Phase One develops medical devices for the specialty field of Interventional Medicine. The company has recently been successful in selling devices and a family of patents to large medical company's focused in the Interventional Market. The move to South Shore Park will allow the company to expand it's operations to include micro-machining and micro-molding as well as broader it's ability to support the pre-production requirements of it's partners. South Shore Park offers office, industrial and research and development space conveniently located off Rte. 3, at exit 15. It is located 15 miles from downtown Boston and six miles from Route 128.
