Yellowstone Property Group acquires Devonshire Place for $19.37 million - Butler and St. John of CBRE rep. seller

Devonshire Place, 50 Holy Family Road - Holyoke, MA

Holyoke, MA Yellowstone Property Group has acquired Devonshire Place, a 180-unit, market-rate apartment community located at 50 Holy Family Rd. The sale price was $19.7 million.

Built in 1988, the property is comprised of two six-story residential buildings with at-grade covered garage parking. The unit mix includes 20 one-bedroom and 160 two-bedroom units, with an average size of 1,001 s/f. 

Amenities include a clubhouse with sitting areas, fitness center and outdoor swimming pool with patio. The property also features a courtyard with green space and landscaping.

Simon Butler and Biria St. John of CBRE’s multi-housing group represented the seller, First Merchants Group.
