Yannios RE Investment Services completes sale of Highland Estates for $5.25 million

Pelham, NH James Yannios, principal of Yannios RE Investment Services brokered the sale of Highland Estates, a 48-unit apartment community, for $5.25 million. 

The brick garden style building features a unit mix that consist of 34 two-bedrooms, 12 one-bedrooms and 2 studios. 

Yannios RE Investment Services exclusively represented the seller and procured the buyer. 

Yannios said that the sale was a “win-win” transaction for both principals due to the low interest rates and low inventory of brick garden style apartment buildings available on the market. 

Headquartered in Wakefield, Mass., Yannios RE Investment Services is a real estate brokerage firm that specializes in the sale and exchange of multifamily properties.
