Yacobian of Cummings Properties signs Nu Horizons to 7,800 s/f lease

Nu Horizons Electronics Corp. is relocating to more than 7,800 s/f of office space with Cummings Properties at 12 Gill St. "Nu Horizons was really looking hard at the market," said Rob Yacobian, leasing director at Cummings Props., "but we had everything they were looking for including ribbon windows, a full turnkey build-out, and the best price with the most inclusive services." Yacobian went on to mention the importance of the building's proximity to I-93 and 95/128 to Nu Horizons, as well as the high density of technological companies in the area. Jason Levendusky of CBRE represented Nu Horizons while Yacobian represented Cummings Properties.
