37 Washington - Melrose, MA 37 Washington - Melrose, MA

Melrose, MA Wood Partners has broken ground on a new 88-unit development.  “37 Washington is our third property in the area, allowing our team to greatly understand the needs of our renters and the strategic advantage to investing in this rapidly growing area,” said Carolyn Zern, vice president of development for Wood Ptrs.

The architect is Embarc Studio. Featuring amenities, such as granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, in-unit laundry and walk-in closets, are the result of Wood Partners’ thoughtful design process. The property will also feature a courtyard with a fire pit, outdoor grills and seating, creating a backdrop to promote interaction and a shared sense of place.

This development is near the Middlesex Falls Reservation with miles of trails and open space. Downtown Boston is accessible via the T with the Oak Grove stop near the property.

Leasing is expected to begin November 2016, with the community scheduled to open in December 2016.
