Hudson, MA SVN | Parsons Commercial Group | Boston has completed the sale of a 10,750 s/f industrial warehouse building at 561 Main St. to 561 Main St Best LLC for $2.025 million. 

Senior advisor Alex Wood of SVN | Parsons represented the seller, 561 Main Street Hudson LLC, and procured the buyer, 561 Main St Best, LLC. 

The industrial property consists of 10,750 s/f over two buildings on 1.68 acres. The first building consists of 8,750 s/f with five drive-in doors and 20’ clear height. The second building consists of 2,000 s/f with three drive-in doors. 

561 Main St. is located off Rte. 62 in the town’s lower main street industrial zone, adjacent to Kane Industrial Park. 

The property is in close proximity to I-495 and I-290 making this property highly desirable among industrial users and easily accessible to major routes.
