Woelfel, Frisoli and McDonald of C&W lease 113,000 s/f to Pall Corp.

Cushman & Wakefield completed of a 113,000 s/f office/laboratory lease at 20 Walkup Dr. Cushman & Wakefield's team led by Stephen Woelfel, Michael Frisoli, J.R. McDonald, represented the tenant, Pall Corp. The landlord, Alexandria Real Estate Equities, was represented by Colliers International. The new lease enables Pall to relocate and expand its existing operation in Massachusetts. "We were thrilled to work with Pall Corporation to find a location that affords them the opportunity to expand along 495," said Woelfel. "Pall was committed to maintaining a significant presence in the New England area and this facility provided them with the best solution to grow their life sciences business." Located in the life-science cluster, 20 Walkup Dr. was fully renovated in 2006 to support manufacturing. The 34-acre site offers a suburban setting, with access to the region's highway network and area service amenities. The site is 30 miles west of Boston and Logan International Airport. Corporate neighbors of 20 Walkup Drive include Genzyme, GE Healthcare Biosciences, TJX, EMC, BJ's Wholesale.
